Accommodations and Conference venue will be at the Coast Whistler Hotel, located in the heart of the village, within walking distance to all amenities. The hotel has three Salons for use by conferences.

Cancellation Policy:          Within 7 days of arrival date, any individual cancellations or reduction in room nights, will be charged a penalty of one night room & tax.

 

                                      After check-in, any early departures will be charged for the duration of the original reservation.
